Anforderungen
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, HR, Business Administration, or related field., Minimum 5 years of payroll experience, including hands-on multi-country exposure., 3–5 years of people-management experience within a shared-services or business-services environment., Strong understanding of European payroll legislation, compliance, tax, and social security regulations., Experience working with multiple payroll systems (e.g., SAP, eView, HRIS platforms)., Proven vendor-management experience with third‑party payroll providers., Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder‑management capabilities., Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail., Experience leading or contributing to payroll transformation, automation, or standardisation projects., Fluency in English; additional European languages are an advantage.
