You’ll sit at the intersection of partner education, video production, and ads, owning fast ideation, testing, and execution across channels, formats, and markets. You know how to take a feature or launch and translate it into educational materials, partner-ready assets, and video content that builds confidence, trust, and adoption.ResponsibilitiesCreate partner & customer enablement content (guides, playbooks, comparison sheets, partner certification program, product onboarding academy)Revamp Tidio Academy + build a dedicated Partner CourseContribute to and help structure onboarding, academy, and certification programsIdeate, script, and produce short- and long-form UGC video ads and video guidesAdapt ad concepts across channels (Meta, TikTok) and markets/languages (EN, ES, others)Collaborate with agencies or freelancers when needed and manage output qualitySupport webinars and educational video initiatives end-to-endRequirements2–3 years in B2B/SaaS and a proven track record of creating sales enablement and educational content.Ability to switch context quickly and efficiently: one day it’s a partner course revamp, next day it’s working on the webinar with a partner.Experience creating UGC ads or paid social video creatives and working with actors/creators in this format.Understanding of Meta & TikTok ad formats and creative best practices.Comfortable tracking performance metrics (views, spend, iterations, learnings).Analytical skills with a data-driven approach to measure campaign results and content performance.What we’d love to see:Enablement content you’ve built (guides, academies, programs)Partner or customer materials you’ve createdAds or creator profiles you’ve worked onHow you ideate, launch, and measure ad performanceWe would like to offer you:Remote work model with flexible hoursPossibility to work from one of our offices in Szczecin/Warsaw or access to coworking spaces26 days off guaranteed in a yearGreat development opportunities – company-supported courses and conferencesIndividual work tools—MacBook Pro, Dell screen, JBL headphones?
