Operations Manager

10+ years in EDC/warehouse operations and 3PL management within industrial manufacturing., Demonstrated success in contract/SLA governance, performance turnarounds, and continuous improvement with 3PL providers., Hands-on experience setting up and/or running modification/CTO operations., Strong ERP/WMS/TMS proficiency (SAP preferred); data analytics and KPI management., Solid knowledge of EU trade compliance, Incoterms, and logistics regulatory frameworks., Proven Lean/CI practitioner, certification a plus., Excellent leadership, stakeholder management. English language proficiency allowing for effective communication, and fluent command of Polish is a must., Category B driving license and willingness to business travel.
