About the project
Your responsibilities
- Independently provide technical support for application issues and outages, which includes interfacing with development teams and vendors
- Perform deployment of the infrastructure and services (GitHub Actions + Kubernetes +AWS)
- Manage SSL certificates and firewall rules
- Analysis of the application logs
- Use Grafana dashboards to monitor service health, respond to alerts, and ensure system stability
- Ensure documentation remains updated and accurate
- Participate in on-call rotation, covering one week each month
- Ensure that Service Level Agreements and workflow are being followed and met for every ticket in the queues
- Responsible for managing and resolving critical system outages in a timely manner by following established incident response processes and protocols
Our requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Engineering
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Excellent problem-solving mindset
- Strong experience in L2 application support in enterprise environments.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of issues
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, and Loki (log analysis and metrics monitoring).
- Basic knowledge of Kubernetes
- SQL foundational knowledge
- Experience with AWS services including CloudWatch, Lambda (with Lambda Authorizers), DynamoDB, RDS, and ACM
- GitHub CI/CD basic knowledge
- Git knowledge
- Basic knowledge of networking
- Experience with ticketing systems (Service Now)
- Experience of the Linux command line
- General compilation of source code
- Team player with good communication skills
- Fluency in English
