Office Management Trainees (m/f/d)

We are expanding our team

We are a successful and future-oriented company in the field of electrical engineering and mechanical engineering. With around 30 highly motivated employees, we create complete control systems and machines for a wide range of industries. To strengthen our team, we are looking for trainees for office management (m/f/d) in full-time at the Wardenburg location as soon as possible.

Your tasks

• You organize and process office tasks
• You will also carry out commercial activities in areas such as order processing
• Procurement, accounting, marketing and human resources management

What we expect

• You enjoy working in a team, are flexible and open
• You work conscientiously and with concentration
• You already have PC knowledge (e.g. MS Word, MS Excel)
• You will enjoy German, English and mathematics a lot
• At least extended secondary qualification / german Abitur
