What can you expect?

• You coordinate, track, and control general bid activities
• You plan and organize the bid process in collaboration with the Offer Manager, Sales department, and Engineering department
• You organize proposals, edit, and finalize the proposal documents
• You prepare cost estimates in cooperation with the Offer Manager and Engineering department
• You acquire the necessary supporting documentation, certificates, and notarizations
• You manage the MCO system

What should you bring along?

• You have a degree in computer science, engineering, industrial engineering, business administration, or similar; alternatively, you have comparable education at an air traffic control authority
• You have a minimum of 2 years experience in project teamwork with good communication skills
• You possess good writing skills and very good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Word and Excel
• You have a technical understanding with the ability to comprehend and present complex technical concepts
• You take a structured and organized approach to work with high self-motivation
• You have excellent written and spoken English (C2), and good written and spoken German (C1) is an advantage
