Due to an intensive growth phase and further expansion of the R&D department, we are looking for experienced Team Leaders who are ready to take ownership, drive engineering excellence, and actively shape product development.This is an opportunity to join a stable, innovation-driven environment where technology, quality, and long-term vision play a key role. Your ResponsibilitiesLeading, mentoring, and growing a team of developersEnd-to-end ownership of assigned products/projects in cooperation with the Product ManagerDesigning and implementing new functionalities and system improvementsMaintaining and developing solutions based on .NET/C#, NoSQL, REST API, WebSockets, Docker, virtualization environments, SQLite, PostgreSQLImplementing and monitoring software development standardsConducting code reviewsClose collaboration with QA, Product, DevOps/Infrastructure, Customer Success, and Support teamsTroubleshooting technical issuesWriting unit, integration, and end-to-end testsContributing to and maintaining technical documentationRequirementsAt least 2 years of experience managing a development team (minimum 3 team members)Minimum 5 years of commercial experience in .NET and C# developmentCommunicative Polish and EnglishStrong knowledge of object-oriented programming principles (SOLID, DRY)Experience with design patternsExperience working with SQL and NoSQL databasesGood knowledge of Windows and Linux systemsPractical experience with Git, Jira, Docker Nice to HaveExperience with Kubernetes, virtualization platforms, cloud storage solutions, MS365, SignalR, CI/CD toolsFamiliarity with multiple operating systems environmentsExperience in low-level programming
