💻 ML Technical Team Manager

We are looking for an experienced Technical Leader to join our AI Division, bringing deep expertise in Machine Learning, Computer Vision/Agentic AI, and a proven track record in building scalable, production-ready AI solutions. You will lead a team of ML engineers, shape the company’s AI strategy, and work closely with clients to deliver innovative, high-impact projects.Key information:Salary: 30 000 - 34 000 PLN net/month - pure B2B contract26 000 – 29 500 PLN net/month – B2B contract (days off included)It is vital that you have:7 years of experience in software engineering/research, with 4+ years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning;proven track record in Computer Vision or Agentic AI;experience designing scalable, production-ready AI architectures;can-do and proactive attitude;strong communication skills;proficient in English language (min.
