We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Senior Client Advisor (m/f/d) to join our dynamic team in our Miu Miu Store in Frankfurt.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Senior Client Advisor, you will embody the essence of Miu Miu, ensuring that every customer interaction reflects our commitment to excellence. You will engage with our clients, understand their unique preferences, and offer expert advice to enhance their brand experience.

  • Maximize sales performance by applying the company’s Selling Ceremony and achieving assigned targets and KPIs.
  • Monitor competitor trends and proactively share customer insights and sales opportunities with management.
  • Drive cross-selling across all departments and continuously strengthen brand and product knowledge.
  • Build, manage, and develop a strong client portfolio using company tools and clienteling strategies, ensuring high-quality post-sales service.
  • Maintain professional grooming standards, appearance, and behavior in line with company expectations.
  • Act as a collaborative team player, supporting colleagues and overall store operations as needed.
  • Ensure operational excellence through proper product handling, visual merchandising maintenance, accurate inventory management, stock participation, and loss prevention within the assigned area.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

5+ years' of experience in a similar role in the luxury retail

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with a diverse clientele.

Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Passion for luxury fashion trends, and an understanding of the luxury retail market.

Fluent spoken German and English expected.
