About the project

Your responsibilities

  • Provide production support for PB Microsoft Dynamics products globally, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
  • Analyze incident reports, diagnose system issues, and collaborate with development teams to implement effective solutions.
  • Manage incidents and problem records using ServiceNow, coordinating resolution workflows efficiently.
  • Support ongoing technical and process improvements in collaboration with Support teams, DevOps, and SRE personnel.
  • Respond promptly to system alerts and execute necessary actions to maintain stability.
  • Assist with weekend releases, system maintenance, and off-hours support as required.

Our requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in IT support or related roles within enterprise environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics, AWS, Azure, Java, Linux, Oracle, or similar databases.
  • Experience managing incident, problem records, and change requests in ServiceNow or similar platforms.
  • Solid background in IT support, DevOps, SRE, or IT Service Management.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and demonstrate risk awareness, including issue mitigation and control.
  • A curious mindset with a desire to understand root causes and improve systems.
  • Fluent English communication skills are essential.

Optional

  • Prior experience working within banking or financial services, especially with HSBC or similar organizations.
  • Knowledge of GSD/ServiceNow platform functionalities.
  • Familiarity with organizational processes within large enterprises.
