About the project

Your responsibilities

• Gather business and system requirements for ongoing banking projects
• Lead workshops and analyze business processes to identify improvement opportunities
• Design and consult solutions to be implemented in banking systems, including prototyping in Figma
• Prepare project documentation to support development and implementation phases
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and IT development teams to ensure alignment
• Define and describe user stories jointly with business, project managers, product owners, and stakeholders
• Coordinate system tests and support end-users during implementation
• Support deployment activities and ensure the smooth execution of system changes
• Contribute to the development of team standards and best practices

Our requirements

• At least 4 years of professional experience as a business systems analyst
• Hands-on experience in requirements gathering and defining changes within IT systems
• Knowledge of tools and techniques for process analysis and requirements collection
• Familiarity with UX/UI best practices for application design
• Understanding of SDLC principles
• Strong communication skills in Polish and English (communicative level)
• Experience in leading workshops and working directly with stakeholders
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
• Ability to take responsibility for team goals
• Knowledge of BPM-class system architecture and configuration
• Basic understanding of XML, JSON, REST, and MQ

Optional

• Practical SQL skills
• Experience in banking or financial projects
• Familiarity with Atlassian tools like Confluence and Jira
