Microsoft Power Platform Developer

RoleWe are looking for a skilled Microsoft Power Platform / Dynamics 365 Developer to design, build, and deliver scalable business solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into efficient applications and processes using modern Microsoft technologies.ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop solutions using Power Platform (Canvas Apps, Power Automate) and Dynamics 365Gather and analyze business requirements through workshops and stakeholder collaborationTranslate requirements into User Stories and support Product Backlog creationIntegrate solutions with Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams) and external systems via REST APIsCollaborate with architects and developers on solution design (configuration vs. customization)Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and qualitySupport deployments and ensure smooth adoption by end usersRequirements3+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform and/or Dynamics 365Hands-on experience with Canvas Apps and Power AutomateUnderstanding of CRM platforms (Dynamics 365, Salesforce, SAP, or Oracle)Strong skills in gathering and translating business requirementsExperience working in Agile (User Stories, Epics, Features)Knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem (SharePoint, Teams)Experience with REST API integrationsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsNice to HaveExperience with PowerApps Component Framework (PCF)Knowledge of C#, JavaScript, Python, or TypeScriptExperience with Azure services (e.g., Azure Functions)Basic frontend skills (HTML, CSS)Microsoft certifications (especially Dynamics 365 / Power Platform)
