Microsoft Dynamics F&O Consultant (f/m/x)

Design and implement financial system solutions aligned with business needs and industry best practices
Translate business requirements into functional solutions and structured implementation plans
Analyze, model, and document end-to-end business processes
Support project delivery by monitoring scope, timelines, and agreed objectives
Advise stakeholders on optimal approaches to solving business and process challenges
Test delivered solutions and cooperate with technical teams to resolve defects and improvements

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Dynamics Consultant
Strong knowledge of finance-related business processes and system configuration (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance system)
Ability to analyze requirements and independently propose effective solutions
Well-developed communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience in preparing clear user and process documentation
Fluency in English and Polish, residence in Poland, and familiarity with local electronic invoicing regulations, KseF
