Your Responsibilities

In your role as Material Master Data Clerk, you will be independently responsible for ensuring that the master data for our technical products is of high quality. Material master data is maintained in SAP-R3 and a PIM system, while documents are maintained in a document management system.

• Creating, maintaining, and deleting product data in the SAP R3 material master
• Checking, supplementing, and updating product data in a PIM system for BBC Cellpack print and online catalogs
• Creating electronic catalogs in accordance with BMEcat standard and ETIM classification
• Recording and maintaining documents with info records in a document management system
• Organizing and maintaining product data in foreign languages
• Creating various evaluations and reports for sales, product management, and other departments

Your Profile

• Commercial training, e.g., as an industrial clerk or industrial mechanic
• Experience in working with ERP systems and databases as well as MS Office applications
• Technical understanding
• Proactive and meticulous approach to work
• Good knowledge of German and English; any additional languages are an advantage
