Your responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Master Data Management activities across a virtual global organization (Customers, Suppliers, GLs)
• Direct contact with Suppliers to confirm general data
• Support MDM team to define the architecture of the data to be managed globally
• Ensure business requirements are adequately covered
• Provide quality checks
• Support users with master data inquiries and resolving issues
• Actively participate in Business Transformation Project – S4Hana implementation ( validation of data upload files, data cleansing etc.), participate in the system test
• Collaborate with Global Process Organization, Local Businesses as well as other departments within Centre of Excellence
• Make regular updates of process documentation in case of changes
• Take part in performance measurement exercises
• Support improvements and standardization
• Respond to supervisor’s questions/tasks in a timely manner

Our requirements

• Experience in a similar position
• French at C1 level
• Minimum English at B2 level
• Good knowledge of SAP master data (MM, PTP, OTC), S4Hana would be an advantage
• Minimum Excel knowledge at intermediate level (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.)
• Analytical skills and attention to details
• Ability to work within an European virtual team
• Ability to initiate new solutions and build positive relationships with the stakeholders
