The role focuses on building strong, long‑term relationships with sellers, identifying opportunities for improvement and ensuring their offers are optimized for maximum visibility and sales. This position plays a key role in shaping merchants' experience, strengthening marketplace operations and contributing directly to overall business growth. Responsibilities Develop a network or expand your existing network of German merchants selling on B2C marketplaces to attract them to sell on Castorama, Screwfix, B&Q, Brico Depo and KoctasConduct onboarding for new merchants and support them in their initial steps on the marketplace platformAssist with account configuration, system integration and technical setupProvide technical and operational support throughout the entire onboarding processMaintain regular communication with merchants via phone and emailBuild and develop long‑term relationships with B2C sellersActively acquire new sellers and identify their needs and growth opportunitiesAnalyze the market, competition and consumer trends to recommend effective actionsSupport merchants in increasing sales and optimizing their offer on the platformDeliver sales and quality targets related to seller developmentCollaborate with internal teams such as legal, marketing and logisticsRepresent the company at industry events, conferences and meetings with sellersRecommend actions and solutions that improve visibility, conversion and overall sales performance of merchantsQualifications:Experience working in a marketplace environment, specifically with German sellersBackground in Business Development, including recruiting sellers to the platformHands‑on experience managing operations, onboarding and performance on major marketplace platforms (e.g., Amazon, Allegro or other B2C marketplaces)Good communication skills in English at a minimum B2 level (spoken and written)Fluent written and spoken GermanStrong understanding of web and e‑commerce terminologyExperience with Mirakl, Salesforce or other marketplace platformsUnderstanding of marketplace commercial modelsProficiency in MS Office, including Excel / CSVExperience in a support or partner‑relationship environmentHighly organized and results‑orientedStrong written and verbal communication skills
