Your Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary owner and administrator of HubSpot, ensuring it is well-configured, maintained and used effectively.
  • Proactively identify system gaps, inefficiencies and automation opportunities, implementing scalable solutions.
  • Own data hygiene initiatives, including ongoing database cleanup and normalization
  • Partner closely with Sales Operations, Customer Success Operations and CRM teams to ensure data consistency across the funnel.
  • Operationally support campaign execution by building and managing lists, workflows, automations and assignment rules
  • Build and maintain a trusted reporting infrastructure that accurately reflects channel and campaign performance
  • Ensure dashboards and reports are actionable, reliable, and aligned with leadership and GTM needs.
  • Create operational playbooks that enable consistency, scalability and knowledge retention.

What You Bring

  • 3 - 5+ years of hands-on ownership of HubSpot and Salesforce
  • Strong expertise in marketing automation: workflows, lead routing and campaign setup
  • Solid understanding of CRM & data architecture: object relationships, field governance, data models, integrations
  • Proven experience in reporting & attribution: dashboards, funnel analysis, multi-touch attribution, ROI measurement
  • High attention to detail with a strong focus on data accuracy and system trust
  • Clear communicator able to translate technical concepts into actionable insights
  • Collaborative, service-oriented mindset across marketing, sales and operations
  • English level required: C1 / C2
