Anforderungen
Several years of hands-on marketing experience (ideally FinTech/startups), with a strong track record of delivering results efficiently and adapting in fast-paced environments, Balance of strategic thinking and execution; ability to own and deliver end-to-end initiatives from problem definition to measurable impact, Strong understanding of the Polish market, with solid content, storytelling, and copywriting skills, plus experience in PR, media relations, and agency collaboration, Hands-on experience in partnership, content, and growth marketing; able to independently create simple visual/content assets when needed, Entrepreneurial, results-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to optimisation; comfortable with ambiguity and experimentation, Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with high ownership, proactivity, attention to detail., Fluency in Polish and English.
