To strengthen our Passenger Airline Sales team in Frankfurt, we are currently seeking a permanent, full‑time candidate to join us.

Tasks

• Develop, manage, and expand B2B partnerships with travel agencies, tour operators, OTAs, consolidators, and corporate clients
• Drive the regional brand presence and strengthen the company’s positioning in the market
• Conduct market, competitor, and trend analyses to identify revenue and growth opportunities
• Plan and execute regional sales campaigns, events, and participation in aviation/tourism fairs
• Increase the region’s revenue and yield performance in cooperation with internal stakeholders
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Network Planning, Pricing, Operations, and Ground Services teams
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and business reviews

Requirements

• Several years of experience in aviation sales, ideally within an airline, GSA, aviation service provider, or the travel industry
• Strong network within the B2B travel & aviation ecosystem
• Familiarity with GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) is an advantage
• Excellent analytical skills and an entrepreneurial mindset
• Strong negotiation and presentation abilities
• Independent, structured, and results‑driven work style
• Excellent command of English, German and Russian. Willingness to travel across the region
