With a fleet of 313 modern container ships and a total transport capacity of 2.5 million TEU, Hapag-Lloyd is one of the world’s leading liner shipping companies. In the Terminal & Infrastructure segment, Hapag-Lloyd has equity stakes in 21 terminals in Europe, Latin America, the United States, India and North Africa. Deine Aufgaben

  • Planning, controlling and reporting personnel costs and KPI’s
  • Develop HR related cost controlling standards, dashboards, forecasting models and regular performance reports
  • Identify and analyse variances and personnel cost drivers and derive actionable recommendations
  • Support annual financial statements, planning and management reporting
  • Creation of HR reports and ensure accurate data processing
  • Optimize HR Controlling processes and ensure high data quality
  • PoE for HR related Audit matters for Bonus, FTE& HC
  • Coordinate and collaborate with internal stakeholders to maximize overall returns

Dein Profil

  • University degree in Business Administration, with focus on HR/ Controlling
  • Multi-year expertise in HR-Controlling, or general Controlling
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and relationship building across all organizational levels
  • Assertive personality with ability to challenge the status quo and drive change with persistence
  • Strong analytical thinking and experience working with large datasets
  • Excellent knowledge in MS-Office, mainly Excel and Oracle
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset
