Manager, Clinical Program Sourcing & Contract Management (CPSCM)

Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Life Sciences, or related field)., 5+ years of procurement, sourcing, or contract management experience in biotech/pharma or similarly regulated industries., Demonstrated experience managing complex clinical vendor categories., Strong expertise in specification development and vendor budget modeling., Proven ability to negotiate within established MSA frameworks., Deep understanding of clinical trial contracting workflows., Strong commercial acumen and ability to identify pricing discrepancies., Highly organized with strong stakeholder management skills., Excellent written and verbal communication skills., Advanced degree and/or legal/contracting background is a plus., Procurement certifications (e.g., CPSM/C.P.M.) desirable.
