As a Manager Business Development & Services (m/f/d) at WEPA, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of a holistic business development and services strategy for our Business Unit Professional (Brand: Satino) to generate additional growth. 

Ihre Aufgaben

• You define, develop, and implement a holistic Business Development and Services strategy within our Go-To-Market framework for WEPA Professional
• You identify country-specific portfolio and service requirements and lead related cross-functional projects
• You are responsible for the strategic development of service concepts, with a strong focus on branded business
• You identify and assess new business opportunities through value-added services (e.g. packaging return systems, recycling initiatives, circular economy concepts)
• You generate actionable market, customer, and competitor insights to support strategic decision-making

Ihr Profil

• Qualification: Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or equivalent

• Experience: 

  • 3–4 years of professional experience in Business Development, Strategic Marketing or Product Management
  • B2B background required; experience in the facility management or hygiene/washroom sector is a plus
  • Proven track record in developing and executing growth or service strategies
  • Solid knowledge of Go-To-Market strategies and service concept development
  • Experience in leading cross-functional projects
  • Strong ability to generate market, customer and competitor insights

• Personality:  You are a strong networker and relationship builder with excellent communication skills. You are an analytical and conceptual strategic thinker with execution mindset.

• Working style: You work independently, think analytically and conceptually, and have a strong affinity for numbers.

• Languages:  Fluent English is essential and good German skills are necessary to flourish in the role.

• Other: You do not need to be based around our Headquarter, mobile work is possible. A willingness to travel to our Headquarter as well as our locations in Swalmen und Düsseldorf are required. Proficient in MS Office; experience with CRM or BI tools are beneficial
