M365 Adoption & User Support Specialist (f/m/x)

Strong communication skills with the ability to create clear, user‑friendly documentation and instructional materials for non‑technical audiences, High level of independence, proactiveness, and ability to multitask in an environment with limited time for detailed onboarding, Experience in an office or IT-related role; end‑user support experience is a strong advantage, but not mandatory, An analytical mindset with the ability to review user feedback, survey results, and usage data, and draw practical conclusions, Willingness and ability to learn new tools independently (e.g., video tutorial software like Camtasia, CAPCut, AI) and take on new challenges, Very good knowledge of English, Availability to work in hybrid mode (1 day/week in our client’s office in Tczew; during the first month, preferably 2 days/week onsite), Fluent in Polish required, Residing in Poland required
