Your Mission

MakerVerse works with a trusted network of manufacturing partners. Before customer parts are shipped to their destination, they pass through our Berlin facility where they are checked, prepared, and dispatched. As Logistics Specialist, you ensure this process runs smoothly. You oversee the shipment flow from receiving incoming parts to preparing shipments and coordinating outbound deliveries.

This is a fully on-site role based in Berlin (10318), reflecting the hands-on operational nature of the work.

Your Impact

• Keep shipments moving reliably - You coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring that parts move efficiently through our logistics processes.
• Own shipment coordination - You book transportation with couriers and logistics partners and coordinate pickups and deliveries.
• Ensure smooth global shipping - You prepare shipping documentation and support customs clearance, ensuring compliance with import and export regulations.
• Maintain operational visibility - You track incoming and outgoing shipments and ensure transparency around shipment status.
• Support packaging and dispatch - You actively prepare shipments, ensuring parts are securely packed and ready for safe transportation.
• Safeguard goods flow - You support incoming goods handling, inventory monitoring, and general logistics operations in our Berlin facility.

Your DNA

*You bring +2 years ofhands-on experience in logistics, shipping, or warehouse operations , ideally gained in a fast-paced operational environment.
*You hold a degree inLogistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field .
*You are familiar withinternational shipping processes , including customs procedures and the preparation of shipping documentation for import and export.
*You work in astructured and reliable way , keeping shipments organized, documentation accurate, and logistics processes running smoothly.

• You communicate clearly and confidently when coordinating with internal teams, couriers, and logistics partners.
  *You arefluent in English (written and spoken) and comfortable using German for day-to-day operational communication .
