Logistics Coordinator

1-3 years of experience in logistics coordination, shipment support, or operational administration., Familiarity with logistics processes including outbound tracking, inbound QC, claims handling, and documentation., Basic understanding of export documentation for non-EU shipments., Proficient in Microsoft Excel; able to maintain trackers and prepare structured reports., Experience using ERP or WMS systems (e.g., SAP) is a plus., Strong organizational skills and attention to detail., Fluent in Polish and English, both written and spoken., Able to work independently within defined scope., A true team player, result-oriented, reliable, and service-focused with strong follow-through., Experience in working with external logistics providers or 3PLs is preferred.
