Then bring your managerial, problem solving and communication skills to Citi’s Lending Operations in Warsaw.By Joining Citi, you will become part of a global organisation whose mission is to serve as a trusted partner to our clients by responsibly providing financial services that enable growth and economic progress.Team/Role OverviewThe Loan Operations Team provide operational support for multiple Clients and business sectors across the UK/E/MEA region providing Loan Administration services for both syndicated and bilateral deals originated and captured within the region.The mission is to provide a high quality and consistent level of service to all entities throughout the life cycle of the loan.What you’ll doInvestigate and resolve cash exceptions and payable/receivable itemsEscalate control gaps and issues to senior managementBuild relationships throughout the business to establish a peer network.Resolve complex problems where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of loan procedures and industry standards.Seek to improve operational procedures and controls within the group.
