Anforderungen

Proven experience in a Learning & Development Manager role, with a strong strategic perspective on L&D, talent management and organizational culture., Experience leading or managing an L&D team and coordinating development initiatives across an organization., Experience working in a technology, IT, or similar fast-paced environment., Strong knowledge of the L&D market, trends, trainers and training providers, supported by active networking in the learning community., Experience designing and implementing employee development and training programs, Experience managing a training and development budget, including planning and monitoring spending., Good understanding of modern learning approaches (e.g., blended learning, digital learning, workshops)., Ability to act as a consultant to senior business leaders, translating business challenges into practical and effective development solutions., Experience working with learning metrics and evaluating the effectiveness of development initiatives., Strong organizational and project management skills., Excellent communication and senior stakeholder (including C-suite) management skills., Proactive, solution-oriented mindset and ability to work independently., Fluent English and Polish (spoken and written).
