It supports mapping opportunities, testing assumptions, and planning high-impact solutions aligned with business goals. The tool also includes project and sprint management features, ensuring efficient delivery and team coordination. With integrations to popular tools like Jira and GitHub, it streamlines the entire product development workflow.The role:We’re seeking an experienced UX Design Lead to join our client’s team and drive their design strategy. In this role, you’ll leverage your expertise in information architecture, customer research, and product discovery to create intuitive, impactful user experiences that solve real customer problems.Responsibilities:Perform end-to-end design process from problem definition and research to high-fidelity prototypes and implementationDevelop comprehensive information architecture systems that organize content and functionality in intuitive, accessible waysPlan and conduct customer research to uncover insights, validate assumptions, and inform product decisionsDrive product discovery activities to identify opportunities and explore potential solutionsCreate innovative user flows, wireframes, and prototypes that effectively communicate design conceptsCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and marketing.Champion user needs while balancing business objectives and technical constraintsRequirements:10+ years of product or UX design experience, with at least 3 years in a senior roleStrong portfolio demonstrating your design process, problem-solving abilities, and unique design solutionsExpertise in information architecture principles and practicesProven experience planning and conducting various types of user research (interviews, usability testing, surveys, etc.)Experience leading product discovery workshops and activitiesProficiency with design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.)Demonstrated ability to leverage modern AI tools for rapid sketching, prototyping, and design iterationSelf-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative on projectsExcellent communication and storytelling skills to articulate design decisions and influence stakeholdersExperience working within agile or iterative product development environmentsThe ideal candidate:Wants to work in a pre-Product Market fit company, where the Product is already available for shippingHas experience designing complex systems or enterprise productsDemonstrates strong analytical thinking and data-informed design approachesShows passion for creating accessible, inclusive digital experiencesBrings business acumen and understands how design decisions impact metricsPossesses excellent facilitation skills to lead collaborative design activitiesHas a track record of creating unique, differentiating designs that stand out in the marketStays at the forefront of AI-assisted design tools and techniquesMaintains awareness of emerging design trends and best practicesIf you’re a self-motivated designer who can create distinctive user experiences through thoughtful research, strategic information architecture, and innovative approaches—while leveraging cutting-edge AI tools to accelerate your workflow—we’d love to hear from you.
