• Du übernimmst die technische Gesamtverantwortung für Architektur, Codebase und Delivery und triffst Entscheidungen für Skalierung, Stabilität, Qualität und saubere Weiterentwicklung.

• Du führst unser Tech Team fachlich, etablierst klare Standards für Reviews, Testing, CI/CD Pipeline, Releases, Dokumentation, Ownership und Verlässlichkeit und entwickelst das Team in seiner Arbeitsweise gezielt weiter.

• Du bist klar hands on und hast Founder Mentalität. Du entwickelst aktiv mit Laravel und React, übernimmst kritische Features selbst und löst komplexe technische Probleme pragmatisch und produktnah.

• Du baust mit uns die technische Grundlage für unsere AI Roadmap, von intelligenter Dokumenterstellung und Dokumentbefüllung über Validierung, Analysen und Human in the Loop bis hin zu workflowbasierter Assistenz.

• Du denkst AI nicht isoliert, sondern als Teil eines Gesamtsystems aus Workflows, APIs, Datenmodellen, Berechtigungen, MCP, LLM und gestützten Assistenten

• Du unterstützt den Aufbau einer robusten App und Offline Strategie und denkst Themen wie Sync, Konfliktlogik, mobile Nutzung und verlässliche Datennutzung von Anfang an mit.

• Du nutzt AI auch intern als Hebel für mehr Entwicklungsgeschwindigkeit und hilfst dabei, Coding, Reviews, Testing, Dokumentation und Wissensaufbereitung im Team effizienter zu machen, ohne Qualität oder Sicherheit zu gefährden.

• Du arbeitest eng mit Product und Gründer zusammen, übersetzt Anforderungen in klare technische Stufen und hilfst dabei, in den nächsten Monaten sichtbaren Produktfortschritt zu liefern, der für Nutzer, Team und Investoren gleichermaßen relevant ist.

Your Profile

• You take full technical ownership of architecture, codebase, and delivery and make decisions around scalability, stability, quality, and clean long term evolution.

• You lead our tech team from a technical perspective, establish clear standards for reviews, testing, CI/CD pipelines, releases, documentation, ownership, and reliability, and raise the team’s way of working.

• You are clearly hands on and bring a founder mentality. You actively build with Laravel and React, take over critical features yourself, and solve complex technical problems in a pragmatic, product driven way.

• You help build the technical foundation for our AI roadmap, from intelligent document creation and document filling to validation, analysis, human in the loop, and workflow driven assistance.

• You do not think about AI in isolation, but as part of a larger system of workflows, APIs, data models, permissions, MCP, LLM based assistants, and structured product logic.

• You support the build up of a robust app and offline strategy and think about sync, conflict logic, mobile usage, and reliable data usage from day one.

• You also use AI internally as a lever to accelerate development speed and help make coding, reviews, testing, documentation, and knowledge preparation more efficient without compromising quality or security.

• You work closely with product and the founder, translate requirements into clear technical stages, and help deliver visible product progress over the next months that matters equally to users, team, and investors.

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Tech Lead oder sehr starker Senior Engineer in produktiver Softwareentwicklung, idealerweise in B2B SaaS für etablierte Marken.

• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Laravel und ein belastbarer Umgang mit produktiven Systemen, APIs, Queues, Datenmodellen, Rechten, Performance und stabilen Releases.

• Gute bis sehr gute Kenntnisse in React. Erfahrung mit Inertia ist ein klarer Pluspunkt.

• Erfahrung mit Docker, CI CD, Monitoring, Incident Handling und allgemein sauberem Betrieb produktiver Software.

• Du denkst nicht wie ein Standard Coder, sondern wie jemand, der Architektur, Delivery, Produkthebel und Teamführung zusammenbringt.

• Du kennst AI Driven Themen nicht nur vom Hörensagen, sondern aus echter Umsetzung. Du verstehst, wie LLM Features, Human in the Loop, RAG, APIs, Workflows und MCP ähnliche Konzepte sinnvoll, kontrolliert und belastbar in ein Produkt integriert werden.

• Du erkennst, wo AI echten Mehrwert bringt, wo Regeln sinnvoller sind und wie man daraus keine Demo, sondern ein nutzbares Produkt baut.

• Several years of experience as a Tech Lead or a very strong Senior Engineer in production software development, ideally in B2B SaaS for established brands.

• Very strong Laravel skills and a proven ability to work with production systems, APIs, queues, data models, permissions, performance, and stable releases.

• Good to very good React skills. Experience with Inertia is a strong plus.

• Experience with Docker, CI/CD, monitoring, incident handling, and generally running production software in a clean and reliable way.

• You do not think like a standard coder, but like someone who brings together architecture, delivery, product leverage, and team leadership.

• You know AI driven topics not just from hearing about them, but from real implementation. You understand how to integrate LLM features, human in the loop, RAG, APIs, workflows, and MCP like concepts into a product in a meaningful, controlled, and robust way.

• You understand where AI creates real value, where rules are the better choice, and how to build not just a demo, but a product that is actually useful.
