We are looking for a Lead Product Manager!

Gemstone is Bayer’s global digital platform for managing clinical trial operations, built on the Veeva Vault Clinical Suite. It includes modules such as eTMF, CTMS, Study Startup, Site Connect and Disclosures. The goal of Gemstone is to enhance efficiency, transparency, and regulatory compliance in clinical development through integrated, cloud-based solutions. The platform is continuously evolving and plays a central role in Bayer’s digital transformation within Clinical Development Operations.

As Product Manager for Gemstone, Bayer’s global digital platform for clinical trial operations, you will define the strategic vision for digital solutions that support study startup, trial master file management, and regulatory disclosures. You’ll manage the product backlog and guide cross-functional teams including clinical, technical, and enabling functions toward delivering compliant, efficient, and user-centered solutions. Success in this role requires a strong understanding of clinical processes, regulatory requirements, and digital system architecture.
