Lead DevOps Engineer (Technical Lead - Platform and Tooling)

Minimum of 5 years of experience as Tech Lead, with a focus on internal platforms and tooling., Strong understanding of modern technologies and their role in large-scale public administration systems., Proven leadership skills, with experience managing and inspiring technical teams., Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills., Ability to prioritize competing demands and structure team workflows effectively in complex, multi-stakeholder environment., Container orchestration platforms (Kubernetes) and containerization technologies experience., Cloud on-premises and hybrid cloud architectures experience., Infrastructure as Code and automation tools (Terraform, Ansible) experience., GitOps practices and CI/CD platforms (GitLab, ArgoCD, Cycloid) experience., EU citizenship., Fluent English: B2/C1., Being open to occasional business trips abroad and visits in our office in Katowice., API design, integration experience., Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles and practices experience., Virtualization platforms (VMware, Nutanix, or similar) experience., Infrastructure services (networking, storage, compute, databases) experience., Monitoring and observability solutions (Prometheus, Grafana, Dynatrace) experience., Security best practices and compliance frameworks familiarity.
