Layout and Planogram Designers Team Leader

University degree (e.g. architecture, interior design, retail, space planning or related field), Minimum 5 years of experience in retail, space planning, VM, assortment planning or related areas, Proven experience in a team leadership or project management role, Strong knowledge of store layout design, shop fixtures, and VM spatial planning principles, Basic understanding of budgeting and cost estimation, Good working knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) and AutoCAD, English at minimum B2 level (both spoken and written), Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, High level of ownership, independence, and goal orientation, Strong planning, organizational, and analytical skills, Ability to solve problems, make decisions, and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment, Customer-oriented mindset, creativity, and openness to change, Understanding of commercial space planning principles, Willingness to travel for business purposes
