- Collaborate with the AI Tester to close knowledge gaps revealed in testing.
- Work with engineers on optimal data formats and tagging schemas for AI consumption.
Wymagania pracodawcy
- 2+ years in content/knowledge management or technical writing.
- Proficiency with Markdown, JSON, and CMS tools.
- Basic understanding of RAG / grounding concepts.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and information‑architecture mindset.
- Excellent cross‑functional communication and collaboration skills.
