Anforderungen

3+ years in B2B project sales in premium interiors (lighting/furniture/fixtures/surfaces) —, experience in the A&D/hospitality ecosystem is strongly preferred., , Comfortable with technical basics (reading drawings, CRI/CCT, controls like DALI/TRIAC, IP ratings) — we’ll support you with product training., , Proven relationship-building and negotiation skills; structured approach to pipeline and follow-ups., , Fluent English; any additional European language (German, French, Spanish, Italian, Polish, etc.) is a plus., , Willingness to travel in Europe ~20–40% (as needed)., , Existing network in EU/UK A&D, hospitality or premium retail projects., , Experience with bespoke/custom and small-series premium production., , Track record of €50–250k+ project wins.,
