As a Junior Courier Recruit at JustEat Takeaway.com/Pyszne.pl, you will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle of our couriers.What will you do?Conduct recruitment interviews with prospective couriers.Manage the end-to-end recruitment process using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).Work daily with tools such as Salesforce and Google Workspace.Create and publish job advertisements on various job portals.Oversee payroll and a range of administrative functions, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.Apply if:You enjoy working with candidates over the phone and can communicate clearly in English.You can organize your work effectively and manage multiple tasks at once.You have initial experience in recruitment, telemarketing, or call centre environments.Your English and German skills allow you to communicate with international customers (minimum B2/C1 level).You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are confident using computer systems.You’d like to be part of a friendly, supportive team and enjoy working in a pleasant, welcoming environment.It’s a plus if:You are able to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.You are familiar with the job market and recruitment tools related to temporary staffing.You have basic knowledge of labor law and GDPR.From the Pyszne.pl / JET menu, you will also receive:The Pyszne.pl/JET culture is primarily fun, fast-paced, and supportive, focusing on movement, development, and celebrating every aspect of our employees' work.
