About the project

Your responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and monitor assigned projects and tasks
• Oversee KPI verification, reporting, and control
• Participate in meetings and governance processes
• Identify and mitigate project risks proactively
• Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure effective communication
• Support migration projects and maintain tasks using tools such as JIRA

Our requirements

• At least half a year of commercial experience in project management or a PMO-related role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Solution-oriented mindset with a strong focus on achieving goals
• Fluency in English and Polish (spoken and written)
• Willingness to work in the Warsaw office under a hybrid model—twice a week
