About the project
Your responsibilities
- Be a part of the team that supports E2E project delivery
- Collaborate closely with other internal teams: Finance, HR, Marketing, Sales, and with project managers
- Ensure proper quality of data about our sales opportunities, employees and projects
- Maintain and oversee sales and project documentation
- Define, optimise and automate internal processes
- Manage organisational changes
- Deliver reports and presentations for the Management Board
- Provide support for company’s IT systems users
- Cooperate with the Internal Systems team to define and test new features
Our requirements
- A degree in Project Management, Economics, Business Administration or a related field
- At least 1 year of experience in PMO or b2b sales administration in an international organisation
- Full professional proficiency in English and Polish
- Familiarity with IT terminology and software development process
- Analytical skills
- Top-notch computer skills (MS Office, especially Excel)
- Ability to communicate effectively, organise your own work and manage priorities in a dynamic work environment

- Know portfolio management systems or MS PowerBI
