Performance marketing plays a crucial role in our growth strategy, which is why we are looking for a Junior Performance Marketing Specialist who will support paid advertising activities, learn how to optimize campaigns, and help drive measurable results for our cosmetic brands across platforms such as Meta Ads and Google Ads.What will you be doing?Supporting the performance team in the day-to-day execution of advertising campaignsSetting up and launching campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads based on a proven internal frameworkEnsuring campaign settings are correct and ads are implemented with high quality and accuracyUploading and implementing advertising materials (copy, graphics, video) into ad platformsMonitoring campaign results and identifying areas for improvementOptimizing ongoing campaigns according to established processes and guidelinesPreparing simple performance reports and result summariesWorking closely with the team - we operate collaboratively and follow clear, structured processesWho are we looking for?We’re not looking for someone with many years of experience.
