Our requirements

• Minimum 2 year of commercial experience as a Java Developer, with mandatory hands-on experience in production environments
• Required higher education in a relevant field (or currently in progress)
• Good knowledge of Java 11+ (Kotlin is a plus)
• First hands-on experience with Spring Boot
• Practical experience with microservices architecture in production environments
• Familiarity with messaging systems such as Kafka or RabbitMQ
• Basic understanding of distributed systems and asynchronous communication
• Solid understanding of relational databases (SQL), including indexes, constraints, and transactions (without relying on ORM frameworks such as Hibernate/JPA)
• Experience working with monitoring, logging, and application metrics
• Willingness to learn how to build scalable and high-availability systems
• Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment
• Familiarity with reactive programming concepts
