Your responsibilities

• Support for all IT users in Muehlhan Group
• Keeping track of Muehlhan Group computers and other hardware
• Ensuring hardware register is updated
• Ensure the stability as well as the implementation of tactical measures and optimizations of o the infrastructure
• Ensure on-time, on-budget and high-quality outcomes
• Future proof IT architecture and business applications
• Help with implementation of processes and procedures around the use of new tools
• Assist ensuring compliance with Muehlhan Group IT policies and procedures

Our requirements

• Solid knowledge of IT technologies
• Understand the IT requirements of a modern workplace
• You have solid Microsoft Office 365 experience
• Solid understanding of computers and technology
• Comfortable working and interacting at all organisational levels
• Global outlook with sensitivity and awareness of social and cultural differences
• A bridge-builder and a team player
