Our customer is the leader in consulting, technology services and digital transformation.IT Support Specialist with German (Junior)Project information:Location: Kraków, Katowice, Lublin, Opole -> hybrid model of working in one the locations (40% in the office)Working hours: Mon-Fr, 8 hours (shifts between 7:00 - 18:00)Type of project: IT Support/Service DeskType of employment: long-term contract of employmentLanguages: German & English Responsibilities:Providing daily support to German-speaking customersResponding to customers' queries and solving technical issuesManaging ticketing systemPerforming troubleshooting activites (hardware, software, system)Requirements:Very good knowledge of German & English (B2/C1 levels)Problem solving skills and attention to detailFirst IT support/helpdesk working experience (nice to have but it's not required)We offer:Full-time job agreement based on employment contractPrivate medical careLife insuranceMultisport cardAccess to several learning platforms
