Junior Customer Service Specialist with German - part-time job

Your responsibilities

• Providing German-speaking customer service via email, chat, and phone (handling incoming and outgoing calls).
• Responding to customer inquiries regarding the status of domestic and international shipments, handling complaints, and resolving technical issues.
• Making outbound calls to collect missing information and documents required for customs clearance.
• Ensuring a positive customer experience in every interaction.

Our requirements

• Fluent spoken and written German (C1 level).
• English proficiency (minimum B1+).
• Willingness to work on-site at the office in Wrocław.
• Availability to work from Monday to Saturday between 06:00 and 21:00.
• Very good organizational skills and strong commitment.
