Junior Collections Specialist with Dutch

Your responsibilities would include: acting as a Business Partner to OpCos (e.g. Cash/ Pre LegalCollectors, Sales, Customer Service,) in order to provide timely and accurate data and ensure effective collections and disputes managemenmanaging customer relationship and ensure a high level of service is provided at all timesactivities related to collections & disputeshandling incoming and outgoing calls with customersidentifing held orders and takes appropriate actions to resolve them managing the credit limit exceeded process in accordance with credit policydemonstrating pro-activeness in improving customer satisfaction and reducing timelines for disputes resolution, facilitatesthe identification and resolution of any customer disputesdriving own personal development in Finance specific skills and business knowledge of implementing his/her development plan. You are a good candidate if you have: Dutch language skills on a C1/ native levelEnglish language skills on a minimun B2 levelexperience related to Order to Cash/Collections areastrong communication and problem solving skillsexperience with SAP and Excel systemsability to deal with resistanceunderstanding of end2end Order to Cash processbusiness knowledgewritten and verbal communication skillsexperience in multi-national environment (incl.
