We are looking for a motivated Junior Account Manager to help drive performance across our core industries while supporting the exploration of new opportunities in these dynamic markets.
Your tasks
In this role, you will contribute to strengthening partner relationships, identifying emerging trends, and uncovering new business opportunities across a variety of products and industries.

Role and Responsibilities
As a Junior Account Manager, you will:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with partners, ensuring high satisfaction while maximizing revenue from existing accounts.
- Onboard new business partners and ensure a smooth and timely start with them.
- Analyze key performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and support negotiations with partners.
- Proactively share ideas and suggestions to improve processes and better serve our partners’ needs.
- Work actively on expanding your customer portfolio.
- Take full ownership of your accounts and projects, managing them end-to-end.
- Optimize our brand setup for exceptional performance and partner satisfaction.
- Work with industry-leading brands, driving high-quality lead generation.
Your profile
Requirements
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- First experience in account management or performance marketing.
- Exceptional analytical skills (experience with data visualization tools like Tableau is a bonus).
- Feeling comfortable to pitch - on the phone, on a video call or in person.
- Explaining products, commissions and market relations in easy-to-understand terms and adapting your pitch to the world and viewpoint of your target audience.
- A data-driven mindset with a passion for testing and continuous improvement.
- Fluency in English (German skills are a plus).
