your tasks

• actively engage with researchers and editors to spark new collaboration opportunities
• proactively manage a dynamic pipeline from the first point of contact through to successful publication
• build long-term trust with contributors and editors to ensure a steady stream of high-quality submissions
• increase journal visibility by attending international conferences and hosting engaging webinars
• design and lead initiatives that bring researchers together and strengthen professional networks
• identify and onboard world-class experts to join our journal sections as editors

what we expect

• experience in sales, outreach, or business development with a results-driven mindset
• full fluency in spoken and written Polish and English
• ability to work in fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities
• strong communication skills with a personable and persuasive approach
• genuine passion for Open Science and making a real-world impact
• tech-savvy mindset and an eagerness to learn and use AI tools
• background in research or academia is a plus (optional)
