IT Specialist for EU and NA (F/M)

Zakres obowiązków whole IT support, including helpdesk and first level contact; responding to and resolving technical problems within worldwide entities performing software installations, hardware deployments, system rebuilds participation in implementation and testing of new IT systems cooperation with external IT providers maintenance of IT documentation Wymagania fluent written and spoken English skills (B2 level is a must) availability to work between 10 am - 6pm (preferably) experience in an internal IT department good knowledge of Microsoft Systems, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure understanding of network infrastructure flexible, solution - oriented approach and a can-do attitude strong communication, organizational and planning skills Oferujemy stable employment based on a full-time employment contract benefits package (private medical care, Medicover programme, life insurance, ZFŚS fund, vending machine card) opportunities for professional development within the company work in ambitious, engaged and international team comfortable and friendly work atmosphere
