Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Computer/Electrical Engineering, Min. 5 years of professional experience, preferably in manufacturing; experience in team leadership would be an advantage, Strong leadership and demonstrated project management capability, Strategic thinking with ability to build and execute plans aligned to business and IT objectives, Budget management and forecasting experience, Excellent communication, time‑management, conflict resolution and prioritization skills, Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑moving manufacturing environment, Technical background in Engineering, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering., Experience with Lean and/or Performance Excellence manufacturing techniques, Experience with newest technology (PBI, Snowflake, Data Lake and Databrics), AI, ML
