In this role you will get chance to be involved in both operational tasks, projects and programs and work alongside different teams. The IT Service Owner (ITSO) is responsible for the ongoing support of the IT service owned and provide a single point of contact for the services in line with standard IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Service Lifecycle phases, namely Service Strategy, Service Design, Service Transition, Service Operation and Continual Service Improvement.What you’ll doTake end-to-end ownership of delivering IT services that are safe, secure, resilient and available to our customers Ensure compliance with group infrastructure and operational standards and proactively planning of service requirements Cover change management, problem management and production support management, ensuring required data is documented, process are followed, and products under your scope are secure and well taken care off Coordinate and support infrastructure activities such as patching, migrations, upgrades, security reviews and violationsMaintain documentation and secure IT procedures are followed for any project and ongoing BAU activityCommunicate with stakeholders, business, and IT colleagues for inquiries related to IT service provision.Participate in project prioritization, manage, and own all 'Keep the Lights On' activities.Manage projects, including budgets and ongoing costs analyses What you need to have to succeed in this role5+ years of experience in either IT Service Management, Infrastructure or Software support or Project Management, Production Support roleExcellent communication skills, including experience in writing service outage / incident communications to senior stakeholdersITIL knowledge or equivalent – on the are of SLM, Service Continuity, Information Security Management, Change, Incident & Problem management Excellent analytical and problem-solving skillsTeam player and adaptable to change with can-do attitude where no task is to small or bigGood Knowledge of all components of an enterprise IT architecture and processes, including good knowledge of Windows, Linux, AWSHigh proficiency in English is a must Availability to work in different shifts, or be on “on call” dutyWhat we offerCompetitive salaryAnnual performance-based bonusAdditional bonuses for recognition awardsMultisport cardPrivate medical careLife insuranceOne-time reimbursement of home office set-up (up to 800 PLN).Corporate parties & eventsCSR initiativesNursery discountsFinancial support with trainings and educationSocial fundFlexible working hours Free parkingIf your CV meets our criteria, you should expect the following steps in the recruitment process:Online assessment.Telephone screen Interview with the hiring manager.
