We are looking for an experienced and visionary Sales Manager to lead Kellton Europe’s next phase of growth across the EU and UK markets. This high-impact leadership role is focused on building a high-performing sales and marketing engine, strengthening regional presence, and driving new business acquisition. The successful candidate will bring deep expertise in the IT services landscape, a strong track record of securing new business, and a passion for cultivating long-term client relationships. They will play a key role in defining Kellton’s go-to-market strategy, forging strategic partnerships, and positioning the brand as a digital transformation leader.

Key Deliverables:

  • Develop and execute a regional business development strategy for EU markets.
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Maintain a high-quality sales pipeline and ensure forecast accuracy.
  • Drive regional planning and performance reviews.
  • Build a strong customer and partner network across Europe.
  • Identify and implement growth strategies and innovations to improve performance.
