Ework Group in Poland is looking for an experienced IT Recruiter (Talent Provider) to become a key member of our team. We are looking for you who are result-oriented, communicative and sales-oriented and values openness and collaboration.
About the role
In the role of Talent Provider, you will be responsible for finding, assessing, and matching the best candidates to our clients’ requests. You will guide Partners and Professionals through the entire process, ensuring an exceptional experience at every stage while maintaining strong relationships with both clients and professionals. With your business-oriented mindset, you are also confident in conducting negotiations.
Demonstrating transparency and an open mind, you act as a true team player, sharing best practices and ideas with your team and across functions. You are eager to continuously grow, take initiative when needed, and contribute to the common goal.
